1Core now allows the Classroom Staff to have their own Staff Portal Account. 


Staff Account Purpose:


With registering online for an account the staff will be able to do the following.
* View / Edit their Profile information.
* View/ Change the their Password & sign in /sign out code
* View their Time Card entries/ PTO/Absence record.
* Have the ability to email Location Director.
* Download their Absence / Timesheet / Summary Hour Reports.

* Will be able to email the 1Core Support team, using the Questions link.





The Staff Portal Registration invite can be sent as follows:


Access Path: Center Dashboard--->Communication--->Staff Portal Registrations.


*Select the Staff Record

*Click on "Email Selected Staff to Create Portal Account"

*The registration invitation will be sent only to the Staff's Primary Email Id.




* All the Staff Record will be displayed under "Invitation Not Sent" tab by default.

* Once when the invitation is sent they will get moved under "Invitation Sent But Not Yet Registered" tab.

* After when they register for their Staff Account, the record will get moved to "Already Registered" tab.


The Admin User can also find if the Staff is registered to the Staff Portal or not under Staff Record.


* If the Portal Access for a Staff says "YES", then the staff is registered for the Online Staff Account.

* If the Portal Access for a Staff says "NO", then the staff is not registered for the Online Staff Account.
