1Core allows center directors to create a live meeting with staffs and parents. 


Log in to https://360.oncareoffice.com/ with valid credentials. 


Access Path: Center Dashboard > Live Meetings



Clicking the Live Meeting tab will take you to the Live Meeting page. Click the Add New Meeting button from the upper right corner of the Live Meeting page.




You can add staff(s) and parent(s) to a live meeting by using the Staff and Parent tab present on the 'Add New Meeting' page.



After selecting the parents, click the 'Next' button to view the entered details one last time before creating the meeting.



Click the 'Save' button to create a live meeting.
