1. Families

1.1. Introduction of Alphabetical Quick Lookup for the Families List page


To ease the search experience on the Families profile page, 1Core has now added an alphabetical quick lookup option.

1.2. Ability to access all the enrolled Children's Time Card, Program & Billing, Health Screening, and Learn@Home present in a Family on the Families Profile page.


To improve the user experience,1Core has now added Children Time Card, Program & Billing, and Learn@Home module icon to the Families Profile page and also on the quick launcher setup. 


You can now access all the children enrolled under a family and their Program & Billing, Time Card, Health Screening, and Learn@Home profile from the Family Profile page using the smart launch icon.



1.3. Ability to download the Authorized Person list


You can now download the Authorized Person list of a child from the Child's Profile page and you can download that list in two formats pdf and csv.



Selecting the 'Authorized Person' icon will take you to the Child's Authorized Person page. From there, you can download all active and inactive Authorized Persons associated with the child. 



2. Children

2.1. Introduction of Alphabetical Quick Lookup for the Children page


You can now access the children's profile easily by using the new alphabetical quick lookup option added to the Children page.

3. Ledger

3.1. Introduction of Alphabetical Quick Lookup for the Ledger page


1Core has now added the Alphabetical Quick Lookup option on the Ledger page for a seamless user experience.

4. Staff

4.1. Introduction of Alphabetical Quick Lookup for the Staff page


To ease the profile search experience on the Staff page, 1Core has now added the Alphabetical Quick Lookup option.

5. Program Enrollment

5.1. Ability to visit the Enrolled Children profile pages from the Enrolled and Incoming tab

You can now directly visit the enrolled children profile page from the Program Enrollment Management page by selecting the children's name under the Enrolled tab.

5.2. Ability to edit the info on the Enrollment Offered tab and resend the offer


Now, you can edit the parent, child, and program information on the offered enrollments and resent the offer to the parent.



You can edit the Parent Info, Child Info, and Offered Program information on the 'View Offered Program' page.


5.3. Ability to alter the FTE Value criteria as per your center's policy

Now, you can optimize the FTE Value as per your center's policy and the FTE Value criteria can also be optimized for per day valuation. By default, the maximum FTE Value per day is 0.20


For example, if your center policy on FTE value is 0.10 per day and 0.50 per week, then you can optimize that while creating a new program type using the Add Program Type Setup page.  The set FTE value will be auto-populated on the Add New Program page.

5.4. Ability to make a program fee's ledger void

You can now allow the program and billing ledger to get void (By default, the 'Allow Ledger Void' will be set as 'YES'). You can only do that to the existing program fee setup. Select the Edit icon on the Current Program Fees section on the Program Fee setup.

Earlier, when you edit the Program Name on the Program Setup page, you have to edit the program name and the name on the Program Fee descriptions separately. 

Now, if you edit a Program Name, the associated Program Fee descriptions will also get changed automatically. And it will be reflected in the child profile pages who are all enrolled in that particular program.



6. Setup

6.1. Ability to include Tuition charges into the Tax Statement Billing Configuration


Now, you can include tuition charges into the Tax Statement Billing report, a new column labeled Tuition Charges has been included on the Tax Statement Billing Configuration page.

6.2. Ability to include the incoming families and children in the Program-Based Recurring Billing

Earlier, you could only include active families and children in the Automatic Recurring Billing. Now you can include incoming families and children also in the Automatic Recurring Billing.


If an incoming child is enrolled in a program that has a program based recurring billing and the child is going to enroll his/her program in the current billing cycle, then they will be added to the current program based recurring billing cycle. 


To enable the Recurring Billing for Incoming Families and Children at the Company Level,


Access Path : Company Dashboard > Setup > Billing Configuration - Company Level



After configuring the Recurring Billing for Incoming Families and Children option at the company level, you can now configure this option on the center level by using the 'Automatic Recurring Billing Rule' option. 


You can optimize this recurring billing for incoming families and children option for both new program based billings and already existing program based billing rules.

7. Functions

7.1. Ability to view the primary classroom name on the Time Clock page


You can now view the child's primary classroom name on the time clock page. The Primary Classroom name will be displayed at both Sign In/Out page.

8. Online Forms

8.1. Enhancements on the Add New Form page


Earlier, you cannot select particular classrooms on the Add New Form page at the center level. Now, you can select a particular class(s) on the Add New Form page.



Once the parent uploaded their form, you can view that by using the 'View Parent Uploaded Forms' option.

9. Company Dashboard

9.1. Ability to search Staff details on the Users  Management page and the ability to conduct a parent profile search based on the Role


Now, 1Core has added a separate Staff Profile search tab on the Users Management page. From this search, you can find a particular staff record and edit the details.

10. Center Dashboard 

10.1. Repositioning of Classroom Attendance Summary and Child Attendance tab


Earlier, the Classroom Attendance Summary tab and Child Attendance were positioned on the lower right side at the bottom of the Center Dashboard page. 


Now, they have been moved to the upper right corner of the Center Dashboard page.
