This report shows active children for a selected period. When a child attends on a specific day, a green dot appears; otherwise, it remains blank. When generating the report, you have the option to apply filters based on Child Type, CACFP Reimbursement Type, and the child's Classroom.
Note: if a child was active last month but withdrawn this month, that active child will be displayed when you generate a report for last month under the Active Status.

Meals claimed under Free (FR), Reduced (RD), Paid/Base (PB), or Not Assigned (NA) categories for appropriate CACFP Reimbursement. These details are already recorded in the child’s profile and will be reflected here.
