Onboarding Centers (Region Admin Guide – Part 2)


1. Navigation Setup

Visit your state's website link

Click "Companies" to view the list

Click "Center Admins" to manage administrators

Click "Centers" to access the list of registered centers


? 2. Add a New Center

Click "Add New Center"

Enter description details

Select the multi-site option if applicable

Continue through the steps until center details are fully submitted


3. View Center Details & Tokens

Click "View Details" of a specific center

Click "Add Token" to assign tokens (used for job posting credits)


4. Manage Tokens

Click "Add Token" again if needed

Click "Carry Forward Bal" to adjust token balance

Select "Increase"

Input the number of tokens under "Enter Token Count"

Add a note under "Enter Comments"

Click "Post" to finalize

Close the dialog box
