Rating Reasons


1. Log in to the Super Admin Platform


2. Navigate to Setup

  • On the left-hand menu, click to open the Setup section

  • You’ll be directed to the settings dashboard


3. Access Rating Reasons

  • Within the Setup section, click “Rating Reasons.”

  • This opens the list of existing reasons used for post-shift feedback


4. View Existing Reasons

  • Each reason shown is part of the feedback flow between centers and substitutes

  • These reasons help understand performance impressions after a shift


5. Edit a Rating Reason

  • Click the blue pencil icon next to a reason to edit it

  • Make any necessary changes to the name or context


6. Change Status (Active/Inactive)

  • Use the toggle to mark a reason as either Active or Inactive

  • Inactive reasons will not appear in the live rating forms


7. Save or Exit

  • Click “Update” to save your changes

  • Or click the “X” at the top right to cancel/close the window without saving


8. Add a New Rating Reason

  • Click the “Add Reason” button in the top-right corner


9. Enter and Save the New Reason

  • Type the name of the new reason in the entry field

  • Click “Add” to save and activate the new feedback option
