Create a Region (State Lead Hub Guide)


1. Login to the Platform

Go to your state website's link

Click on the "Username" field and enter your credentials

Fill in your Password

Click "Sign In" to access the dashboard


2. Add a New Region

Click "Add Region"

Enter the region name:

  • Example: SDA 6 - 4C for Children


3. Select Counties for the Region

Search and add multiple counties:

  • Example: Select Butler, Clermont, Hamilton

  • Use short search terms like bu, cl, and ham to filter

Remove existing counties (if needed):

  • Click "× Butler County" to deselect



4. Assign Region Admin

Click "Enter first name" and fill:

  • First Name: SDA

  • Last Name (if needed): SDA 6

Designate the user as Region Admin

Enter:

  • Email

  • Phone Number


5. Finalize

Click "Submit"

Click "OK" to confirm setup
