Rating Centers & Substitutes by State Lead Hub


1. Log in to the State Lead Hub

  • Go to your platform access URL

  • Enter your credentials to access the platform dashboard

2. Navigate to the Ratings Section

  • On the left-side menu, click "Ratings"

3. View Center Ratings

  • Click on "Centers" within the Ratings section

  • This opens the list of centers with job and rating data

4. Expand Center Details

  • Click the view icon next to any center

  • This opens job-level detail:

    • Dates

    • Substitute assigned

    • Rating score

    • Optional comments (if provided)

5. Review Low Ratings

  • If a job rating is below 4 stars, the system will ask for a reason

  • Any reasons or comments left by the rater will appear in the Comments column

6. Click on Rating Stars

  • Clicking on the star rating opens a pop-up with:

    • Job details

    • Center rating summary

  • Use this to review and take any follow-up action

7. Go Back to the Main Ratings Menu

  • Click “Back” to return to the main Ratings view

8. View Substitute Ratings

  • On the left menu, still under “Ratings,” click "Substitutes."

9. Expand Substitute Details

  • Click the view icon next to any substitute

  • This opensthe  performance history and rating data for that individual

10. Review Substitute Rating

  • Click the stars in the Rating column

  • A pop-up will display job details and performance evaluation

  • Use this view to track feedback or address concerns
